WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
HVAC Lead Installers who can complete residential installs on their own and train the next up-and-coming generation to become lead installers.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Install all types of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Travel to job sites in the service area, and work our dispatchers to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer
- Test installed systems for proper functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Train and develop HVAC Install Apprentices.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 3 years + of experience installing residential HVAC systems.
- Work with apprentices and entry-level installers to coach and mentor
- RMGA and EPA Certifications preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments.
